Hello fellow bakers! I am pretty new to baking cakes but I am loving it. I was wondering if it's possible to make a pourable white chocolate ganache that is cream cheese flavored? I wasn't sure if adding cream cheese would mess up the consistency. I want to make a football helmet cake with the ganache poured over it to give it a smooth shiny helmet surface. I also plan on adding food coloring to make the helmet blue. Would that cause any adverse effects to it?

Thanks!

Susie

You may could add cream cheese flavoring but since ganache is a mixture of chocolate and cream...there is no such thing as cream cheese white chocolate ganache. If you actually added cream cheese it would no longer be ganache but something else.
