First time doing isomalt. I have the gem template and I am pouring the isomalt into the individual gems. It's soooooooo stringy. Is there a trick? I put the isomalt into a silicone muffin mold and poured from there but I couldn't get it to stop to pour into the next gems, I just kept getting strings.

Can anyone help me?

IT's probably the temperature of your isomalt. It's probably a little too cool when you're pouring it.

I get that too! What I do is I pop them into the microwave for 10~20seconds and this will melt the isomalt, making it easier to pour BUT it also creates BUBBLES~~~
