I was wondering how many of you who are home bakers have set up an LLC for your business? Should you? I am just getting started and am going to be doing cakes part time from home.

I have an LLC that's set up to be taxed as an S-Corp. The default LLC taxation is Sole Prop or Partnership (depending on how many members you have), but you can elect to be taxed as an S-Corp or C-Corp instead.
