i want to put a purse cake on top of a 1/2 sheet cake but what i want to know is how can i secure it from falling over during delivery and table setting?
You could use dowels. I just used buttercream on mine ( refrigerated) and it didn't budge on a bumpy 40 minute ride.
I would stack it as any tier cake and use a dowel all the way through both the purse and the sheet cake for stability.
