I am in charge of making my husband's cousin's engagement cake in a few weeks and I can't seem to come with a good cake idea. The party is carnival themed and below is the invitation. His aunt wants to have a roller coaster incorporated in the cake with the saying "Tiff and Dan's Wild Ride to Wed". Anyone have an good ideas on what to do for the cake. She gave me somewhat of free rein on the cake but I am stumped on what to do. I want to blow them out of the water with the cake, but it shouldn't be too pricy since they are paying for the cake also.
