Hello All,

I am super new to cake decorating , and this is my first big project. I want to make a 3-d Corona Bottle cake standing up, not to tall. First, do I screw the center support to my board? Second, what consistency Buttercream do I use in bettween the layers, stiff, medium? Do i have to use dowels in addition to the center one? The neck of the bottle will be rice crispie treats, so I do i connect it to the cake? Sooo sorry, I know it''s alot of questions, but I need help!! Do i freeze the cakes for carving, or will this make it soggy? Or can I store it at room temp covered or uncovered. Thanks!![/img]
