Does anyone have a recipe for White Chocolate Fondant. I have been able to get this from a local cake shop but for some reason she no longer sells it. I was told that all I needed to do was add a couple of ingredients to regular fondant to achieve this but can't remember exactly what the ingredients were. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I make Michele Foster's fondant. You can find the recipe here on cc. You just add 6 ounces of white chocolate to the gelatin/syrup mixture when making.

I've also made white chocolate modeling chocolate....12 ounces white chocolate and 1/3 cup light corn syrup....to regular fondant.

Thank you so very much mamawrobin, I will give that a try today, the recipe looks easy to follow.
