I am going to make the WASC cake for this weekend but have a question. I always use the sour cream but was wondering if anyone ever made it with mayonnaise instead of the sour cream? I always make the Chocolate Mayonnaise cake and it is always so moist and delicious I am thinking about putting mayo in the WASC instead of sour cream. Any thoughts???
Thanks!!

I make mine with the sour cream and it is EXTREMELY moist as it is. Not sure if you want to try to make it moister. If so, it might almost be on the wet side icon_smile.gif

I actually used yogurt one time because I didn't realize I was out of sour cream. I was not happy with the out come. I thought the flavor was altered just enough and it wasn't moist enough for me to make it again like that. I am glad I tried it, but one time was enough!
