Un dolce per il dolce far niente that means a pie for sweetness of doing nothing. Here my last recipe and photos inspired by the movie "Eat Pray Love" and tuscany tradition.

Rosemary pies
Ingredients
250 g butter softened, 200 sugar cane, 3 large eggs, 300 grams of flour and 2 teaspoons of yeast, one teaspoon vanilla extract 4 tablespoons of milk or more, 55gr of raisins, 2 sprigs of needles chopped rosemary 10 cm but not too fine, 1 or 2 tablespoons of unrefined sugar cane.

Directions
Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Work the butter and sugar together until mixture is clear, smooth and soft. Combine the eggs one at a time incorporating a spoon after each addition of flour and then combine the vanilla. Incorporating the remaining flour and then the rosemary, and raisins. Dilute the mixture with milk, to obtain a soft and smooth. Before you pour into the mold, sprinkle with sugar cane cutters. Bake for about 40-45 minutes. Cool completely and sprinkle lightly with icing sugar.
