I'm fairly new to decorating. Wanting to practice some techniques without baking a lot of cakes. (Although my family thinks otherwise!) I was looking for an inexpensive way to make cake dummies so I can get a more realistic idea on how long some techniques take. Plus I like having pretty cakes around!! icon_biggrin.gif

I'm not quite sure if this is the answer you're looking for but thought I'd try to help. I purchased some cake dummies from if I remember right it was globalsugarart which were fairly inexpensive. You can cover them with plastic wrap and use them over and over to practice. HTH.
