I (a legal baker) need to start getting my extracts in larger sizes. I have been getting them at local stores and they are just to expensive that way.

I need caramel, strawberry, chai (powdered?), raspberry, lemon, key lime, orange, coffee and banana for right now.

Any leads would be awesome!

CK Products. I buy most of the flavorings you listed in 8 oz. bottles.

Chai is just spices you put together yourself.

Adams sells extracts by the gallon. http://www.adamsextract.com/display.asp?departmentID=541 Shipping is free for orders over $50. I use their clear vanilla, coconut, almond, rum and butter...haven't tried the others yet. The gallons are about $28 each.

I agree with leah, CK is a good place and also LorAnn oils are a fave of mine. Esp the amaretto oil that I sub in for almond extract. Very mellow with no aftertaste.
