Am I totally screwed? I don't even know how long it was off for :-/ I went over to check on my cakes and my clock was flashing!! icon_confused.gif I turned it back on right away, but am wondering if these cakes will be okay? I really don't want to have to run out for more supplies tonight!

eek, never had that happen before & don't know how to advise. I would try to finish baking & test the cake out. would be good to know for future reference!
good luck

Yeah, I have NO clue what happened!! Nothing else turned off!! They're just a basic WASC, but they're all for tomorrow (Cake of the Month Club) and I'm paying a sitter $14/hour to watch my sleeping kids so running to the store (because, of course, I'm out of eggs) and starting over would just SUCK.

I pulled them out and they seem okay, though they did sink quite a bit...
