I need a good crusting cream cheese frosting for an Italian cream cake I'm making this Saturday. Any ideas? TIA

I use the decorator's cream cheese icing recipe from this site. It's delicious and crusts nicely!

I use the crusting cream cheese icing recipe from this site and it is always a hit. It is my only cream cheese icing now.

It crust just as quickly as my regular buttercream (i use a 1/2 and 1/2 variation of the wilton recipe)

I second the one from Edna's website. It's delicious!

I tried out several with a red velvet cake for an upcoming wedding and this is the one everyone loved and was easy to work with.
