I need a good crusting cream cheese frosting for an Italian cream cake I'm making this Saturday. Any ideas? TIA
I use the decorator's cream cheese icing recipe from this site. It's delicious and crusts nicely!
I use the crusting cream cheese icing recipe from this site and it is always a hit. It is my only cream cheese icing now.

It crust just as quickly as my regular buttercream (i use a 1/2 and 1/2 variation of the wilton recipe)
I love this recipe from Edna's site! It is amazing!

I second the one from Edna's website. It's delicious!
I tried out several with a red velvet cake for an upcoming wedding and this is the one everyone loved and was easy to work with.
Just looked at the one from Edna's website and it looks like the same one for the Decorator's cream cheese. Thanks everyone
