I am guessing it has to do with the density of the real coconut I added.I have baked 2 cakes now and both are flat as can be ontop...not to mention the first one completely stuck to the Fat Daddios cakepan.Grrrrr icon_mad.gif I am beginning to get annoyed with those pans...Everytime I bake a white based cake it sticks... icon_evil.gif and yes I grease and flour the pans like every other cakepan.FD always sticks...anyways ..That's another rant for another day icon_mad.gif

Would the coconut cause the cake not to rise?

Thanks thumbs_up.gif
