What tip do I use to create the rose like on the large cupcake in the attached picture?

Hmm well this doesnt look like a rose to me by any means...more like some circles via a 18 or 22 open star tip?

Yeah, I wouldn't call it a rose either. Just use a big star tip and make a bunch of circle motions on the cupcake.

Raine 2020 I think its Wiltons 1M tip, Start in the center of the cupcake and circle to the outside, instead of outside in ( does that make sense ? )

Definitely looks like a series of Rosettes.

I'd go with 2D starting from the middle and swirling out.
