We are (my mother and me) very proud for the italian food presentation we sow in the previews and I'd like to present you some recipes inspired by this movie (I hope this is the right place).

Strawberries ice-crem

Required time (in minutes): 120
Ingredients (serves 4): 200 g strawberries, 150 g sugar, 1 egg, 100 ml cream, 150 ml of milk, 1 vanilla pod, 1 piece of lemon peel.
Preparation: Heat the milk with the vanilla pod and lemon peel, just reaches a boil moved from heat and let cool. Peel, wash the strawberries and shake. Whip the egg and sugar until the mixture appears light and fluffy. Stir in strawberries, milk and cream filtered. Do coagulate strawberry ice cream in ice cream maker, following instructions

Put in the Volcano silicon molde and fridge for 2 hours, than add the lemon taste ice-cream

Lemon ice-cream

Ingredients:150 gr sugar
200 g semi-skimmed milk
250 grams fresh cream
juice of 3 lemons about 120 grams. (When I find organic lemons also join the peel of 1.)Squeeze the lemon juice and filter.
With mixer blend sugar, juice and milk.
Let rest in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Then again pour into ice cream maker and add the cream

Would love to make it- but I don't have an ice cream maker (I guess thats my next purchase).

Looks absolutely wonderful!
