Here's one more to you might want to browse through. Its affiliated with the French Culinary Institute. Its my go to for site for baking information & help when I'm in a pinch. They have online chats with chefs and cake decorators off and on too. You need to sign up for their newsletters to read them tho. Always a good to read for hints and such.
