Hey all! I have a question about putting fruit on my cupcakes. I'm selling at the local farmers market tomorrow morning and am doing a lot of summery and fruity flavors. For some of the cupcakes I will be putting fresh or canned fruit on top of the frosting. Such as fresh mango, fresh strawberries and canned peaches. My question is, should I put the fresh fruit on top tonight or should I wait until morning? I sprinkled lemon juice on the mango and strawberry to help preserve it, but I don't want anything to get yucky before tomorrow and then I'll have nothing. Help Please!!! icon_biggrin.gif

Most fresh fruit has a glaze on it to keep it fresh and fresh looking. I would go that route. It looks good too.
