Wilton makes cupcake picks with Disney characters on them. Can a baker advertise and sell cupcakes with those picks on them as "Mickey Mouse Cupcakes" (or whatever character)? Is that copyright infringement? Or is that allowed? Or is it clarified on the packaging for the picks?

unless you can find them wholesale and purchase them for resale then no, can't just get them at the local hobby supply or cake shop and resell them.

and I wouldn't advertise them that way either.

I saw some online. I don't sell anything. I was just wondering how that worked.
Thanks, Doug. I like the Ben Franklin puppy.
