Anyone have a good method for preventing ganache from sticking to back of the next layer board? Have to "build" a cake around an armature, before I foondant the whole thing.

Im not quite understanding what your trying to do...try sticking parchment paper cut to the size of the cake and put it between the 2 layers. HTH
