Hello I know I have seen this before , but I cannot find it. I got a scale today, which does oz. and grams. Could someone please tell me in dry ingredients, how many cups equal ozes and grams?? Thanks to all.

A cup is 8oz but a cup of flour and a cup of water will not weigh the same so you cant use that as judgment. I would say it would be easiest for you to weight cups of your common ingredients and write that down somewhere. If I remember right the ones that you can measure 8oz to a cup are milk, water, and eggs. I cant remember for sure though.
