icon_biggrin.gif Went into my local Hobby Lobby yesterday - and right there next to the Wilton colors was a new rack of Americolor Gel Colors. So HAPPY! Hate to have to buy everything online - and here in nowheresville, HL is my only option (even the closest Michaels is 50 miles away).

Awesome! I hope they are cheaper than the one and only over-priced cake shop in my area. I love Americolors!

Joy, joy and happy dancing!!! I was at mine today and they had them too! What a blessing! Up until now, I've had to order them via internet 'cause no one round here has been cool enough to stock them!

Mikel79, i saw the white white too. what's it for? to whiten icing if you put too much color? or if you have a butter cream made of butter and want it white? does it work?

I have used the white for several years to tone down colors that come out too bright. Yes, I too have used it in buttercream that is more ivory than white. I also use it for "eyeballs" on my figures as it dries so well. It is then so easy to paint the irises, etc.

HTH!

Mine didn't icon_sad.gif And I got there just a little before closing yesterday, so I didn't ask anyone - just tried to get everything I needed (while looking at everything else that I don't need!) and get to the check out before the lights were turned off.
