can anyone help me figure out how much to charge for a sponge cake in the shape of a number 1-i dont have a tin so am either going to have to buy/hire one or just bake a cake in a swiss roll tin and carve one.
also how much cake mix do the number tins take?
have no idea how much to charge for this cake (im in the uk btw).

plus customer whants 24 of the icecream cone cupcakes that i have made( cant figure out how to add pic but theres some in my photo's) dunno how much i should charge for them-there not as big as a regular cupcake.

ive not been doin this long and have only just started getting request's from outside the family thats why im not good at pricing!
