Powdered Egg Whites And Smbc

For those who use powdered egg whites....do you heat the reconsituted egg whites with the sugar just like you would with the reg whites? Thank you for your responses icon_smile.gif

are you concerned simply with liquifying the sugars or heating the egg whites themsleves. Arent they already pasteurized?
