I have someone who asked me for a Chocolate cake with German Chocolate Filling, and wants a design that requires white fondant. I am worried that the flavors will clash. The foundant recipe I use tastes like marshmellows and I have never used flavoring before to know how it would affect the taste. Can anyone please give me suggestions on what to do, or if they believe that the flavors of the cocunt/pecan/chocolate and marshmellow won't clash?

I appreciate any comments!

You can add coconut flavor to the fondant.

How about Chocopan's white chocolate fondant? I agree that the MMF would be kind of weird with German Chocolate. But maybe the white chocolate flavored white fondant would blend in better? You can order it on line.
