My husband grew up in the south and he LOVES cornbread. Instead of making regular cornbread muffins, I'd like to make cornbread cupcakes. Something with the taste of cornbread but sweeter and more moist.

Anyone have a kick butt recipe they can share? I would love to surprise him with these.
