I was wondering if anyone has ever covered an ice cream cake in fondant. I see disaster. I am thinking that just the topper could be fondant. Any help is appreciated.
I have covered icecream with fondant. Not the easiest thing in the world. You have to 100% prepared to put the fondant on the cake as soon as it comes out of the freezer. It took me a full day, in and out of the freezer to decorate. It was about 90 degrees and super humid out though, which obviously didn't help
