I haven't used my heart shape cake pans for years. I need to bake TONIGHT a cake for 40 people. Which pan size should I use?

According to the Wilton website: a 10" x 2" heart shaped pan, 2 layers, will feed 38 people. The 12" X 2" pan will serve 56 people. (again, 2 layers)

I hope this helps!
