I saw the reality show Fabulous cakes about the cake shops featured in Southern California.

One of my favorite blogs is www.sweetandsaucy.com Check the website has wonderful pictures of cakes and several tutorials. The cake studio was featured in addition to Cindererlla Cakes and Nadia cakes.


I have to come to California on a second trip to check these cake studios out.

I am going to ICES in San Diego but will not have time.

Fabulous cakes describes the cake technique the chef uses. It is educational too!

Yup, I think most of us here are pretty enamoured with this show. Two things I really like is that they show what goes into making the cakes (educating those of us who know what the heck they are talking about) and most of the time they give the prices! This way the public knows what these incredible cakes cost before they call us and ask for it at Costco prices! YEA! (literally, I say YEA at the TV when they post a price! LOL!)
