Hi,

I'm making dh's bday cake today and I'm making a banana flavored cake because we have some ripe bananas. I also have some whipped cream that needs to be used. I have vanilla SMBC in the freezer that I will cover the cake in.

Can someone recommend a whipped cream based filling that would go nicely with this? No time for ganache, and I have no dark rum (I am willing to buy some if someone has an awesome recipe though).
