just wondering if anyone has used the cartons of just egg whites instead of seperating the eggs. i need ALOT and just hate wasting the eggs!

That's the only thing I use. They are expensive but cheaper in the long run. I buy them at wholesale and it's not so bad.

If you end up using eggs, you can make french toast out of the yolks... yum. I usually give mine to my dog to make her coat nice and shiney.
I use eggology, it is just egg whites and I have used it to make an angel food cake and it was perfect!
