How can i fix this? am i better off just making a new batch?
my recipe was 1 egg white, 1 C icing sugar 2 hepaed teaspoons of tylose.
I've never used this exact recipe, but a similar one in one of my books calls for up to 4 tblsp of vegetable shortening in addition to the other ingredients. I'd try kneading it in a tablespoon at a time to see if it softens before I'd throw the whole batch out. (I've also had to do this to pre-packaged GP & it seems to do the trick.) Good luck!
