I'm not having much luck baking mini cupcakes. For my standard size ones I do the 5 min at 400 degrees & finish them at 325. This works so well! How do I adapt this process to the minis. It seems in a split second they can burn but if I take them out too soon they sink. Ideas?

Thanks.
Sheila

400degrees is a bit too hot, I bake my minis at 170F. HTH

just clarifying that you actually meant 170 degrees farenheit. That seems really low. But if it was celcius that would be about 340 degrees farenheit.

If you do bake at 170 farenheit, how long does it usually take?
