Hi! I am newer to the cake decorating business and have a customer that wants a quote for some fondant only decorations (50-100) to put on cupcakes (flowers, decorative buttons, etc). Where should I start to figure how much to charge? Thank you in advance!

Same way you calculate cake pricing. Materials + expenses + overhead + labor.
