Is there away to figure out how much fondant I will need for a wedding cake I have to do? It will be a 3 teired squared cake for 75 people and the details on the cake will be in the same color as the cake it's self so I really don't want to have 2 shades and I'm afraid to run out and have to try and match the colors.

there are lots of tables telling you how much fondant for each size cake, just google how much fondant do I need
