How Would I Cut/serve A Topsy Turvy Cake

hi all im making my first topsy turvy (so far so good with making it lol) anyhoo, i was wondering how one would cut it?? would i have to dissasmble it first??

As long as the construction is solid, you should be able to cut and serve it just like any other tiered cake. (I say that because my first topsy-turvy collapsed...luckily it was for a family gathering, so we just scooped it up with a server and had a good laugh. Since then, however, I've not a had a problem serving it just as I would a straight-stack.)

Sharon Zambito (aka Sugarshack) has a great DVD on topsy turvy and at the end she shows you how to disassemble and cut the cake.
