I am having issues with my red velvet cupcakes!! They are not moist no matter what recipe or how long I cook them, I am using cake flour was thinking of omitting the baking soda? Any suggestions???

Good point debster - did you use a mix or is this from scratch?
I assumed scratch because you said recipe. I for one would not have to use a mix if I had my heart set on scratch, which I prefer.
If you used a scratch recipe, post it here and I'll see if I can help. If it is a box mix or doctored mix, I'll have to back out.
