I have the template for making a regular heel shoe. As this is a last minute order for tomorrow, I cannot order the shoe cutters online. Where would I start as far as making or finding a template to make one of the two shoes? (perferably the more boot looking shoe)

Why don't you just modify the template you already have? There isn't much that would be different. Hopefully it dries enough to be used tomorrow.
