after I mold my gumpaste, do I put it in fridge or leave it open on counter or in a bag on counter or what? My gum paste always falls apart!!! What am I doing wrong??? Also, with fondant. Do I bake my cake...put it in the fridge for a couple hours. take it out and crumb coat it and then put it back in fridge for about another hour or two and then put fondant on it and then back in fridge??? How do I do that? I'm new to the whole fondant gum paste thing!!
