Which Cutter?

I want to make Anemones for a cake. Which cutter would I use, looks like just a round cutter.

Like the ones seen in this pict.. Also can I buy those stems (?) in black at a place like Michaels? I have yellow ones but I dont ever remember seeing black ones.

Check out this tutorial from Elisa Strauss on her fabulous anemone like she did on a Food Network challenge:

She used rose petal shaped cutters. I have never seen black stamens at a Michaels or AC Moore - you can order them from Global.
