I want to make 2-3 colors of gems. Can I use the one batch of Isomalt and color each bowl seperately or will it harden too fast on me? I only really need one Emerald green gem but will make a few but I don't need or want 2 trays that it says one recipe will make...

Any suggestions!

You can always take part of the isomalt, color it, then re-heat the next batch and color it a different color.
