I Need A White Chocolate Fondant Recipe!

Does anybody know if I can just ad melted white chocolate to my mmf recipe or do I need to find a whole new recipe?

If I were going to add it to MMF I would make modeling chocolate first and add that to the fondant. You can find the recipe here on cc. You will need the addition of the corn syrup to the chocolate to make it pliable.

My favorite white chocolate fondant is Michele Foster's fondant. At the bottom of her recipe she gives instructions on how to make the chocolate version.

you can add it when it is warm though... much easier to blend then if it hardens ... melt the chocolate , add the corn syrup and then stir a few times. then fold into the fondant ( I use ready made store bought fondant)
