I have never worked with gelatin before, and I had a few questions. I was just wondering how long gelatin decorations will hold up after they've dried? Can they be stored? And if so, what is the best method for storage? Finally, how do gelatin decorations hold up in humid climates? Thanks again for all the help!

They will hold up indefinately once they have dried. I store my extras in a cardboard box. I think I remember being told at class that they need to "breathe".
