I am making my first tiered cake next weekend for my cousins b day. I have not been able to find a square seperator plate. I was wondering if there was anyting else I could use instead. I am using foam board as the cake board wraped in pink wraping paper with shrink wrap over that. Could I just do the same thing to inbetween the tieres? Thanks for your help

I use cardboard cakeboards for stacking my cakes. I don't wrap them either. I only wrap the cake base. Good luck with your cake.
There are some great video tutorials on youtube "how to stack a cake" that were very helpful to me. thumbs_up.gif
