Does she bake from home? If so, she needs to be careful. Admitting on tv that you're unlicensed wouldn't be a good idea, especially if someone from the Dept. of Ag is watching. If the news is doing a piece on baking at home, it's apparent that many, many people disregard the law. Since it is difficult to get a cottage law passed and many people can't afford a commercial kitchen, I'm looking into what it will take to rent out my kitchen starting the end of the year.
