I have recently purchased the Creme Bouquet flavor enhancer and thought it would be a great addition to my baking. When I got home and looked at it there were no directions on the label on how to use it. Nothing. I have searched and searched online for directions and cannot find it anywhere!! Lots of sites where you can buy it but nothing telling you how much to use or what its purpose is for, obviously it enhances something but what flavors can be used with it and how much do you use? Any suggestions?

I use a teaspoon in a half recipe of WASC or a batch of cookies. It will go with vanilla, almond or lemon.

I use it on my buttercream, for my 5 qrt kitchen aid portion, I use, 4 tbs cream bouquet , 2 tbs orange extact and 2 tbs lemon extract of a citric flavor on my chocolate vanilla cake with cream mint or mandarin filling. All my family love it, give it a try and let me know if you like.
