I recently did a consultation with a Bride-to-be and her fiance did not like the buttercreme frosting. Very simple three tier wedding cake, but we live in North Florida (very hot inside and out), so I am trying to lean away from whipped topping type frosting. I need something that is not too sweet that would hold up in the heat. Who has some great suggestions? I would love to hear from you. I appreciate any help I can get on this one. Thanks, Kim
Would he like it better if it were a different flavor? Like if you added LorAnn oil to it? Or you could try a white chocolate ganache (assuming they want a white-ish cake).
Ganache! I made a whipped cake for the 4th and it was a mess after an hour!!
