does anyone know the laws and requirements to bake a cake in ky?? i have been making some for my families bdays and wedding and i dont know where to start for a business.

From what I have heard from other KY decorators, it depends on where you live. I was told that I need the separate kitchen with the 3-compartment sink, etc. That's why I'm still just a hobby baker. But others have gotten differing instructions. I'd say you should check with your local health dept.

KY is verrry tricky. While the rules are the same all over the state, local cities and counties seem to interpret things differently. Call you local Health Department.
