A Good Mmf Recipe

I have been experimenting making my own mmf and I am looking for a good, not so complicated recipe, any help would be great! icon_smile.gif

the one here is the one I use:

16oz marshmallows
2lbs powdered sugar
2 tsp water
2 tsp clear vanilla flavoring

you can find the whole recipe with directions in the recipes section!

I'm with Cat! That's the one I use and 99% of my cakes are made with it!

I use the 8 cups of MM, 8 cups of PS, 3 tablespoons water, 2 tablespoons vanilla and 3 tablespoons crisco. throw in the mixer and let it mix. Its here under easy kitchenaid MMF

I used "T's Marshmallow Fondant" from the recipe section here on cc. Love it!!!!!! So simple.

I use Rhonda's Ultimate MMF. Also here in the recipe section. It's wonderful!
