Neapolitan Cake

I will be making neapolitan cake - strawberry, vanilla and chocolate layers. What fillings will complement the cake? I will be icing it with IMBC. Actually can i cover the cake with chocolate ganache and then cover it with fondant?

Make sure you let your cakes sit after filling and before ganache. It does work great under fondant.
